Step 01: Component Preparation

Distinguish between rods A and B
Before starting, identify and separate the two types of structural rods (A and B). This ensures a smooth assembly process and perfect structural alignment.

Step 02: Frame Assembly

Build the internal structure
According to the schematic diagram, use the connecting pipes to assemble the complete frame. Ensure all joints are firmly pressed together for maximum stability.

Step 03: Base Setup

Load the frame into the cloth cover
Place the assembled frame into the bottom layer of the cloth cover. Align the corners carefully to ensure the fabric is evenly distributed across the base.

Step 04: Canopy Installation

Install the top layer of the cloth cover
Carefully pull the top section of the cloth cover over the frame. Make sure the fabric tension is balanced to maintain the sleek, professional look of your Kasue Sauna.

Step 05: Final Secure

Secure the enclosure and you're done!
Pull the zippers on both sides toward the position of the door. Double-check all seals to ensure heat retention. Your recovery ritual is ready to begin!

Step 06: Steamer Preparation

Connect the steam pot and fill with water
Connect the steam generator to the main hose. Fill the pot with clean water, being careful not to exceed the maximum scale line to ensure optimal steam production and safety.

Step 07: Steam Circulation Setup

Install the tube adapter and medicine box
Insert the tube adapter into the dedicated opening on the side of the sauna room and secure it tightly with the sealer. Finally, connect the internal medicine box using the flexible hose to allow even steam distribution.

Safety First: Ensure all hose connections are tightened before turning on the power to prevent steam leakage.

Aromatherapy Ready: You can add essential oils or herbs directly into the medicine box for a more immersive sensory experience.

Maintenance: Always use fresh water and descale the steam pot regularly to maintain the high performance of your Kasue system.

Step 08: Lighting & Power Setup

Install the atmosphere light strip
Secure the LED light strip using the two Velcro strips located at the top of the frame. Thread the cable through the side opening to connect it to the external power adapter.

Organize the adapter
For a clean and professional look, place the power adapter neatly into the integrated outer pocket. Your Kasue Sauna is now fully powered and ready for use.
